Fritidsbanken Boden is now seeking hourly employees who want to help create excellent service for our visitors while promoting physical activity, outdoor recreation, and sustainability. Fritidsbanken is like a library for sports and outdoor equipment. With us, everyone can borrow equipment for free for up to 14 days. Through reuse and accessibility, we create opportunities for more people to participate in an active life and discover the joy of sports and outdoor recreation. 2 position(s). DUTIES As a temporary employee at Fritidsbanken Boden, you work as needed in our operations. Working hours are primarily during the day, but evening work and occasional weekend work during the year may occur in connection with activities, events, and arrangements. The greatest need for temporary staff exists during the period December to April, which is Fritidsbanken's high season. You work with daily operations and contribute to providing our visitors with professional and welcoming service. Work duties include, among other things: • Loaning sports and outdoor equipment and handling returned equipment • Service, information, and guidance to visitors • Registration and administration in the organization's loan system • Inventory care, including cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs of equipment • Responsibility for order and structure in the shop, workshop, and storage • Participation in activities, school visits, events, and other arrangements QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has an interest in leisure, sports, and community activities and who enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and of different ages. The position requires that you: • Have good ability to communicate verbally in Swedish and English • Have good computer skills • Can work independently and take personal responsibility It is an advantage if you: • Have knowledge of additional languages • Have experience working in service professions • Have experience working with children and young people • Have knowledge of or interest in sports and outdoor equipment Personal qualities: We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
