JOB DUTIES We are seeking substitute teachers for our four preschools. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the youngest children in our community and wants to make a difference for the children every day. You work together with regular staff, both preschool teachers and childcare workers, to create the most meaningful, developmental, stimulating, and educational experience possible for all children. You actively participate in daily activities and support children's learning, play, and social interaction. This may also include some ancillary tasks such as setting tables, wiping tables, sweeping floors, laundry, etc. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and professional with a solution-focused and flexible approach. You have good collaboration skills and want to work together with children and colleagues to develop the educational program based on the preschool curriculum, the preschools' goals and guidelines, as well as values and commitments. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and are expected to actively contribute to implementing the preschool's approach, mindset, and core values in daily work. You need to be cooperative and flexible in your approach, as it sometimes means you may need to work with two groups at two different preschools on the same day. You also need to be able to step in with short notice when needed. You also need to have good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
