JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you interested in working as a substitute childcare worker or childcare assistant when regular staff are absent? Within preschool, you help create a learning and secure environment where children can discover the world and develop based on their own abilities. As a temporary substitute, you plan your availability through our booking system Time Care Pool. We are looking for good availability and flexibility. As a temporary substitute, you get a varied job and will meet many new colleagues, which gives you the chance to build a broad network and valuable experience in childcare and education. QUALIFICATIONS We strive to maintain high quality in our operations. Therefore, there are a number of common criteria you need to meet to work with us. We are looking for someone who: • Is at least 18 years old • Has a final grade from elementary school in Swedish or Swedish as a second language • Has good customer service skills and communication abilities • Has education or experience in the area where you want to work We would like it if you have experience and education in this field, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are engaged, structured, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You can work both independently and together with others.
