About Viljan Kombinationsboende
Viljan Kombinationsboende in Göteborg consists of two residential facilities, Danska vägen and Lundvägen. One is located in central Göteborg and the other in Sävedalen. We offer short-term housing for women aged 18–65 with comorbidities and various psychiatric and neuropsychiatric diagnoses and conditions. Our approach is based on environmental therapeutic methods, MI, and low-arousal care.
We Are Seeking Temporary Staff for Our Facilities
Your work involves supporting, motivating, and activating clients in their daily lives based on their individual goals and circumstances. The role includes creating a sense of security, building relationships, and motivating positive change. Documentation and ongoing contact with authorities are also part of the job.
Common work tasks may include:
Supporting clients in daily activities such as personal hygiene, cleaning, and planning
Carrying out planned interventions based on the implementation plan
Medication management
Qualifications
You are relationship-oriented and have a strong ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a receptive way, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
You must be a woman, as we only employ female staff in our operations
Social pedagogue/support pedagogue and/or experience in social psychiatry
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and experience with documentation
B-category driver's license

Role: Social Pedagogue or Support Pedagogue
Employment Type: Temporary Position
Work Hours: Hours can be scheduled during day/evening/night/weekends
Start Date: By agreement
Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
