Skurups kommun is the place for the good life. 12 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to work as a temporary staff member in our various LSS activities. A job where you matter! As temporary staff, you work as needed, for example during sick leave, vacation, or high workload periods. This gives you the opportunity to combine work with studies, family, or other commitments. About our activities: • Supervision and care We offer support to children and young people with autism or other functional variations. The supervision provides opportunities for relief, recreation, and environmental change in a safe and adapted environment. Care is a leisure activity offered before and after school as well as during breaks and study days. • Group and service housing We offer support to adults with autism or other functional variations. Group and service housing provide support, care, and security based on the individual's needs, with staff available around the clock. • Daily activities We offer meaningful activities for people of working age with functional limitations. Activities are conducted during daytime, Monday–Friday, and consist of four units with varying work tasks. Job duties: We work from a holistic perspective where security, participation, and development are fundamental values. Our pedagogical approach is based on low-affect interaction, clear pedagogy, and emotional regulation. As an employee, you work in a supportive and motivating manner to strengthen the individual's independence and participation based on their own conditions and needs. A varied job that may include both verbal and physical support in areas such as: • Personal hygiene and care • Shopping, cooking, and cleaning • Planning of daily and weekly activities indoors and outdoors • Medication administration • Daily documentation QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is 18 years or older • Is responsible, flexible, and has good interpersonal skills • Is passionate about working with people and within LSS • Has strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Can work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts Meritorious if you have: • Education in care work or child and youth activities • Experience from similar work • Driver's license (class B) Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration and start date: 2026-10-12 Immediately or by agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
