I am looking for you to become part of my team and work as a personal assistant for me in Gessie villastad outside Vellinge. What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, maintaining the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and enable another person's daily life to function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish—we believe this is the most important job in the world. What does this position involve? I am a 45-year-old woman living in Gessie and am now looking for you to work as a personal assistant for me. I have been diagnosed with ALS and therefore need your support in my daily life. I need help with everything that makes my days function, such as transfers, tube feeding, personal hygiene, communication, and housework. I absolutely love being out in the sun and warmth and try to get outside as much as possible with my two dogs Molly and Snillet. Other interests I have include relaxing with a good movie, spending time with my family, and tinkering and fixing things in the home. Who am I looking for? I am looking for you to be engaged, respectful, and attentive. I would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. As someone applying for this position, you find it easy to take initiative, you are social, humble, and have the ability to work independently with my best interests in mind. We would like you to: Have a driver's license and car to get to and from work if you do not live nearby Be able to speak and understand Swedish well Have previous experience in care and support work Not be allergic to fur-bearing animals as dogs are present in the home Other information Employment type: As-needed employment Scope: Fill-in for sick leave/vacation Working hours: Mixed shifts scheduled day, evening, and waking night Start date: Immediately or by agreement We apply individual salary settings and have a collective agreement.
