The employment is intermittent, which means you work when the operations have a need and when you have the opportunity. Perfect also for you who are seeking flexibility and want to combine work with studies, retirement, or other activities. 10 position(s). WORK TASKS With us, you are more than a substitute. You are an important person in people's everyday lives. You work within home care and/or special housing for the elderly where you support people based on their individual needs. Work tasks include care and service services as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. But what you contribute most often is something different – your presence, your approach, and your ability to create security. A friendly conversation, a smile, or a helping hand can make a big difference to the person you meet. In the role, you collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide high-quality care. You document according to applicable procedures and work based on the operations' goals and values. To help you feel secure in the assignment, you receive a thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues. You get to know several operations, develop in your professional role, and be part of a new team where we together build the future of staffing within care and social services. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in other people's lives. You work well collaboratively with others, but are also comfortable taking independent responsibility when needed. For this position, the following are required: • A genuine interest in people • That you can express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing • Good digital skills We would like it if you as an applicant: • Have education within care and social services • Have experience working in home care or special housing • Have a class B driver's license • Can cycle Type of Employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: By agreement. Working Hours: Shift work. Working times vary and can be arranged for day, evening, weekends, or night shifts.
