You are an important person in people's everyday lives. You work within home care and/or special housing for the elderly where you support people based on their individual needs. Work tasks include care and service services as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. But what you contribute most often is something different – your presence, your approach, and your ability to create security. A friendly conversation, a smile, or a helping hand can make a big difference to the person you meet. In the role, you collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide high-quality care. You document according to applicable procedures and work based on the operations' goals and values. To help you feel secure in the assignment, you receive a thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in other people's lives. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: By agreement. Working Hours: Shift work. Working times vary and can be arranged for day, evening, weekends, or night shifts.
