WORK TASKS
We are now recruiting temporary staff for several activity areas within care and support:
• Home Care - Support our customers in their homes. You work mostly independently but are part of a work team. Transportation is by foot, bicycle, or car.
• Care and Support Housing - Here, customers with somatic illnesses and/or dementia live. Your tasks are to support and help customers throughout the day based on their needs. Your colleagues are nearby but you often work alone with customers.
• Supported Housing - Here you work with customers who have a functional disability or some form of mental health challenges in their daily life. Work is both independent and as part of a team. You work in a supportive and motivating way with the customer based on their life situation and wishes.
• Personal Assistance - You support customers with extensive needs in their homes. You work closely with the customer and create a safe daily life. You work with customers of all ages with varying needs. Every day you face new experiences and challenges together with your customers.
In all activities, we work with health promotion and the customer in focus. Work tasks may include personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, outdoor activities, and documentation. Your work tasks are described in a schedule that you follow during your workday.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who
• Are positive, confident, and can work independently. Quality, approach, and cooperation are the most important success factors in our shared values.
• We would like you to have relevant education in care and support or equivalent experience.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have technical skills (digital work tools).
• For work with children and young people with special needs, experience with NPF diagnoses is required.
Merits if you have a driver's license and driving experience (required for home care, housing support, and personal support).
Work Hours
• You must be available at least 50%.
• Be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. Some activities have night shifts or on-call duty.
• We also see that you can work during the Christmas and New Year period.
