This gives you the opportunity to control your time and plan when you want to work. As a temporary substitute, you replace regular staff during shorter absences. This means you perform the work tasks that are part of the regular work at the workplace where you are employed. Are you a dependable and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, since you may work at different workplaces and working hours can vary. As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer service. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We conduct selections and hold interviews on an ongoing basis – but the need for new temporary substitutes varies, which means that the process can take different amounts of time. Within care and support services, you can work in disability care, social psychiatry, home care services, or in facilities for the elderly. Your most important task is to help ensure that each person's needs for care and support are met, both socially, culturally, and physically. To suit the role of temporary substitute, you need to: communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing have computer skills It is advantageous if you: have previous experience in the profession have a B driving license and access to a car For work as a temporary substitute, a criminal record extract is required. For care and support services, an extract for HVB facilities is required. The extract can be ordered via the Police website.
