About Unika Bångbro Unika LSS Mellan operates several activities within LSS in the region with a focus on security, participation, and individualized support. We are currently seeking flexible temporary staff members for our operation in Bångbro. Our activities are directed toward people with disabilities, and we work from a salutogenic and pedagogical approach where the individual's needs, resources, and self-determination are at the center. The activities differ in both target group and working methods, which means a varied and developmental work environment for you as an employee. About the Role We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, flexible, and thrives in a day-to-day where no two days are the same. You will work according to the organization's needs and cover both planned and acute situations. This means you need to feel comfortable with making adjustments on short notice. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills, experience with documentation. Experience working in health and care Meritorious if you also have: Secondary education such as a child and recreation program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as special education teacher, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant area. Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approaches. Worked with complex support needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
