Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a substitute teacher at Knivsta Anpassad grundskola, you replace regular staff during both unplanned and planned absences. You provide support beside the students throughout the school day and give them a good experience in the after-school program. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. We collaborate as a team to create successful and educational days for our students. In the work, we strive to develop students' abilities. Care and personal hygiene tasks are part of the role. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and experience working with children in need of special support, as well as experience in Anpassad grundskola or LSS activities. You are flexible, empathetic, and can quickly understand another person's perspective or situation. You have the ability to see the whole picture and to view issues in a broader context. You use a calm and supportive approach and keep the student in focus. It is a plus if you also have knowledge of TAKK (sign language support). To work as a substitute teacher with us, you must have good collaboration skills and be stress-resilient, with the ability to build relationships with both children and adults. You are committed, resourceful, flexible, and curious about working in schools and with different age groups. Employment requires a criminal record check from the police for work in schools/childcare. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Salary form: Hourly rate. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Ends when needed. Hourly paid - number of hours varies.
