We have approximately 400 students and about 60 staff members. At Klöxhultsskolan, we have well-educated and competent staff. Job satisfaction is high, and all staff work every day to make school time and leisure activities as good as possible for our students. Occasionally, regular staff are absent for various reasons, which creates a need for substitute teachers in our operations. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are currently seeking substitute teachers for Klöxhultsskolan. As a substitute, you must be at least 18 years old. You must have a criminal record check for work in preschool/school. Working as a substitute teacher means that you will often be booked on short notice to cover for regular staff absences. However, you may also be offered longer-term substitute positions if we have an extended need. This can involve working in both school and after-school programs. You should be prepared for working hours to vary depending on operational needs. Our opening hours are 6:30-18:30 Monday-Friday. In school, children/young people are ages 6-13; here you teach all subjects and may have independent responsibility for a group. After-school program for children/young people ages 6-12; here you work both independently and in teams. We work every day with quality education and care. In all operations, you are bound by confidentiality. As a new substitute with us, we initially try to introduce you to our after-school operations where several staff work together. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily seeking someone who is pursuing teacher education, child care worker/education assistant training, or other relevant education in pedagogy/childcare. However, if you are curious about our operations and have other professional experience, we absolutely welcome your application. As a person, you are solution-focused and able to work independently. You are responsible, reliable, and good at building positive relationships. We seek substitute staff with great flexibility, who collaborate easily, are responsible, and can work across all our geographic areas, both in town and in rural areas. You need to be able to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish. Type of employment: Temporary position. Duration: Start: 2026-09-21, End: 2027-06-18.
