Job Duties Working in the preschools means you meet many children and together create a safe and learning environment. We prioritize candidates who have childcare training and/or have 1-5 years of experience working in preschools or equivalent experience. As a person, we want you to be cooperative, responsible, and flexible. It is important that you have the ability to recognize each child's individual interests and circumstances. You have a positive attitude toward your profession and toward children, parents, and colleagues. You see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. We would like you to have a driver's license and be able to understand and communicate in Swedish without difficulty. To work in preschool, you must have a valid police background check (no more than 6 months old).
