Within Residential Services and Support, your clients may include both elderly and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace could be at a group home, service housing, short-term/recreational facility, or in the client's own home. Examples of work tasks include supporting clients in their daily lives, leisure activities, and care and support tasks. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it's advantageous if you have an educational background from a Nursing Program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It's beneficial if you have knowledge and experience with medication management and have had medication delegation. You also need good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience with documentation is also advantageous. As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, thorough, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good interpersonal skills. You also work well collaborating with your supervisor, colleagues, and other professionals, and you can work equally well independently or in a team. During your work shift, you have ultimate responsibility for ensuring clients receive safe and secure care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and if you become a candidate for employment, you'll be offered an introduction. A B-class driver's license is advantageous.
