Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that collaborates with clients to provide personalized personal assistance. We work closely with our clients and understand that strong relationships are key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now seeking an assistant for a 35-year-old man living in Jönköping. We are looking for a temporary substitute caregiver who can step in during illness and vacation, but you will also need to be able to work every other weekend. We are looking for someone with experience in autism and low-stimulation interaction approaches. You should be fundamentally secure and able to effectively handle challenging behavior. It is important that you are calm and confident in yourself, able to set boundaries in a clear yet empathetic manner. You should enjoy spending time in nature and going on long walks. Being solution-oriented is an appreciated quality. You have strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Recruiting is ongoing and we hire immediately.
