This is a job for you who want to work flexibly while doing something meaningful. As an hourly substitute, you work when the operation needs you and based on your own availability. Work hours can be scheduled during day, evening, night, and weekends.
Your Tasks
As an hourly substitute, you can work in assisted living facilities, home care, or in services that support people with disabilities. Your tasks vary depending on the operation and needs, but may include:
providing personal care
supporting daily routines
assisting with meals, activities, and social interaction
contributing to safety, structure, and good customer service
collaborating with colleagues and reporting important information
following procedures regarding confidentiality, hygiene, and work environment
You'll get varied work where no two days are the same, and where you have the opportunity to develop both as a person and in your professional role.

Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and enjoys meeting and working with people. You are responsible and flexible, have good customer service skills, and can adapt to different situations. You want to contribute to others having a safe and meaningful daily life.
Education in healthcare and social services is a merit. Previous experience in similar work is also a merit, but we place great emphasis on your commitment, your customer service approach, and your desire to make a difference.
Region Gotland uses a digital language test. A passing score is required to proceed in the process.
