As a temporary nurse, you can work in home care, residential facilities, and disability services. In residential facilities, you'll meet individuals with varying care needs, including dementia care, short-term care, respite care, and somatic care. In home care, you work in people's own homes and have the opportunity to follow health and care over time. In disability services, you'll meet individuals with different disabilities and contribute to their security, participation, and quality of life. The work is varied and involves both independent responsibility and collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. WORK DUTIES As a nurse with us, you play a central role in creating safe and secure care. Your duties vary depending on the operation and may include: • making independent assessments and prioritizing care needs • planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions • managing and monitoring medication treatments • collaborating with care staff, physicians, and other professionals • guiding and supporting care staff on medical and nursing-related matters • documenting and monitoring care according to current guidelines and regulations • You work person-centered and base your approach on each individual's needs, preferences, and circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements for the position: Licensed nurse. Very good oral and written Swedish proficiency. Meritorious qualifications: Specialist nurse certification. Experience in public health and medical care. Salary form: Hourly rate. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement. Working hours: Shift-based.
