As care staff with us, you get a varied and rewarding job. Your work tasks include: Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues. Documentation and handling of any incidents. Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care and support. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a sense of responsibility. You like to collaborate, but can also take your own initiative and work independently. It is a plus if you have experience with person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and maintaining a positive attitude in all situations. We are looking for someone who: Is trained as a nursing assistant or care aide with experience from care work. Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
