We are seeking engaged and cheerful hourly substitute staff for our residential facilities in Havdhem and Burgsvik. Here you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives! Karlshäll: In this idyllic part of Gotland, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents with dedicated staff working toward meaningful daily life. Your Role: As a staff member with us, your work revolves around motivating and supporting residents in their daily lives, which promotes independence and self-determination. Work tasks include: Administer medication and ensure our residents receive the care they need. Assist with cleaning and create a comfortable environment. Participate in meal preparation and group activities. Support engagement and interact with residents in a professional and considerate manner. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Is positive and has a desire to create a good daily life for our residents. Understands people in vulnerable situations and is creative in planning enjoyable activities. Has experience or training as a nursing assistant, social pedagogue, childcare worker, or equivalent qualification (advantageous). You must be fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), have good computer skills, and a B driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and to ensure safety, we request a certificate from the criminal records register.
