Assistant needed for a man receiving personal care assistance. The client is a cheerful person with a good sense of humor, and enjoys both going into town and spending time in nature and forests, so physical fitness is required to walk long distances and keep up sometimes. A driver's license is mandatory as the job may occasionally involve driving the client's car. It is important that you have experience in personal assistance and see the value in building a relationship in order to become a strong support. The position also requires empathy for the client's situation and needs, but at the same time the strength to maintain boundaries for the client's well-being. We further expect experience managing a household, including planning shopping, cleaning, and laundry, etc. There are several experienced skilled assistants around the client who can provide you with a secure introduction. It is very important to be able to work together with other assistants and to prepare and carry out various tasks, sometimes in pairs, as well as to be able to document and report.
