As a part-time or monthly substitute within care and health services, you are an important part of people's daily lives. You meet individuals in different life situations and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life. 20 position(s). WORK TASKS You can work within several of our services: • Home care • Elderly care • Personal assistance • LSS housing and daily activities Examples of work tasks: • Support in personal care and daily tasks • Help with meals, cleaning, and shopping • Social support and activities • Documentation and collaboration with colleagues • Work is varied and can be done both independently and as part of a team. Practical information about the role: • As a part-time substitute, you work as needed and enter your availability in TimeCarePool yourself • As a monthly substitute, you receive a schedule and a monthly employment contract • Working hours: days, evenings, nights, and weekends • You should be able to work approximately three shifts/week and some weekends per month • Introduction and training are included, including delegation when needed QUALIFICATIONS The most important thing is your attitude and commitment! We are looking for someone who: • Is positive, responsible, and enjoys working with people • Is flexible and can adapt to different situations • Can work independently and take initiative • Is at least 18 years old • Speaks and writes Swedish • Has basic digital skills • Has access to Bank ID Desirable: • Experience in care and health services • Driver's license category B (required for home care and certain activities) • Additional language skills Great weight is placed on personal suitability. We recruit continuously during the application period Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-07-24 or by agreement. Tjörn municipality requests an extract from the criminal record register in connection with this recruitment. Work in the home with elderly and persons with disabilities | Swedish Police Authority Visit the police website to request an extract from the criminal record register. This can be done digitally with e-identification or by filling out a form. Please note that processing time can be up to two weeks; order the extract in good time. We would appreciate it if you order the extract to your digital mailbox, as it usually gets delivered faster.
