We value cooperation, responsibility, and good service. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a temporary cleaning staff member, you will work as needed to cover absences, time off, and peak periods. You will become an important part of our team and contribute to creating clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments in our facilities. The duties include, among other things, daily cleaning of schools, preschools, offices, elderly care facilities, gymnasiums, stairwells, and other municipal facilities. The work includes vacuuming, mopping, floor cleaning, mechanical floor care with scrubbing machines, cleaning of locker rooms, hygiene facilities and staff areas, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash bins, and restocking supplies. Move-out cleaning may also occur as needed. We use modern cleaning methods and equipment, including scrubbing machines, so you need to be comfortable working with mechanical cleaning equipment or be willing to learn. Some of the work involves cleaning gymnasiums, stairwells, and other large facilities, which can be more physically demanding. Therefore, it is important that you are in good physical condition and enjoy active work that involves lifting, moving, and working on stairs. The work is performed both independently and together with colleagues. Working hours vary depending on operational needs, and work with short notice may occur. Weekend work may also occur, primarily in connection with cleaning one of our gymnasiums. We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, thorough, and has an eye for quality and service. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a B-class driver's license and experience in cleaning services. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To thrive in this role, you are responsible, thorough, and service-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate with others while being able to work independently and take personal responsibility for your tasks. Since working hours and work locations may vary, you need to be flexible and able to work with short notice when needed. We consider it a merit if you have: • Education in cleaning services, such as SRY or PRYL • Experience with mechanical cleaning and working with scrubbing machines Pay form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Working hours: Daytime. The position will be filled subject to the required political decisions being made and that the position is not needed for internal use.
