We care for patients in their own homes. The patients require care services that would otherwise need to be provided in a hospital setting. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient receives care. This includes, based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock, providing the best possible symptom management and relief.
The Role
As a nurse within ASIH, you will have the opportunity to provide personal and high-quality care to patients. No two days are alike, and the variety of work and interactions with different people are very rewarding. Everyone in the team works closely together to meet patients' needs in the best possible way.

Duties include advanced medical interventions such as handling SVP, CVK and Piccline, blood sampling, medication administration, transfusions, and symptom relief.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
• is a licensed nurse, preferably with previous experience in palliative care
• works based on evidence and is professional in your interactions, and values putting the patient first
• is secure, independent, and open to new challenges
• appreciates working in multiprofessional teams
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• knowledge of Take Care is meriting
• B driver's license is required
