As a risk instructor, you are ultimately responsible for educating your students in risk awareness, sharing knowledge, and promoting general awareness of the risks people face in traffic. You are responsible for ensuring that the participants in the groups you train together reach the goals set by Transportverket and that everyone contributes to the results, which is why you should have strong pedagogical skills. We are looking for someone who: * has traffic instructor training AND risk instructor training * has strong pedagogical skills and enjoys teaching * wants to get groups to collaborate and involve all participants in reaching goals * is passionate about creating a good learning environment * speaks and writes fluent Swedish (for documentation and communication) It is a merit if you speak fluent English and are comfortable teaching in that language.
