What does the job as a nursing assistant/care assistant at Norlandia Elderly Care entail?
A nursing assistant/care assistant at Norlandia is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone who is skilled in their professional role and who enjoys meeting people in different situations. Together in a team with nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and management, we collaborate around the residents to provide a good life every day.
We are looking for you with a genuine interest in older people, where your main responsibilities are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing residents with quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed upon with the resident in the implementation plan.
This includes, among other things:
Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "My Day" concept.
Personal care and support and utilizing residents' own resources.
Work based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meal" concept so that our residents appreciate the food and the meal experience adds a special touch to everyday life.
Document in accordance with the Social Services Act; maintain social records and create and follow up on implementation plans.
Plan, offer, and implement daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities.
Perform service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, accompaniment, shopping, and more.
Receive and perform delegated tasks such as medication delegation.
Take responsibility in ombudsman roles.
Actively participate in the organization's quality and improvement work.

You need to have good knowledge of documentation.
You must have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
We would appreciate it if you have good computer skills/computer experience.
We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to our operations.
