What you'll be doing: You'll spend your first weeks in our training center, where we'll prepare you for work in the aerospace industry. Then you'll join production and work as a TIG welder: - TIG welding - manually or semi-automatically - working with stainless steel and special materials - visual inspection of welds and measurement with precision tools What you'll need for your work: - welding license 141-8 (can be expired; experience is what matters) - knowledge of measurement (calipers, micrometer, gauge) - ability to read technical documentation - willingness to work three-shift operations - attention to detail, responsibility, and desire to learn new procedures What we offer you: Salary and bonuses - annual salary increases - allowances: afternoon +10%, night +17%, overtime up to +50% - performance bonus up to 6,000 Kč/month Benefits you'll appreciate - transportation allowance up to 106 Kč/day - contribution to pension or investment product up to 3% of salary - Benefit+ program 5,000 Kč/year - free accommodation for the first 6 months - subsidized meals (lunches from 49 Kč) + free coffee - free physiotherapy directly at the workplace - company events for employees and their families Want to take a look first?
