Schedule Planner for OKB Sundsvall-Dingersjö Program Kraftsam Rekrytering & Bemanning is seeking an experienced Schedule Planner for Trafikverket for a long-term and socially important consulting assignment within the OKB Sundsvall-Dingersjö program. About the Company Trafikverket is responsible for the development and management of Sweden's transport system. The assignment is linked to the Ostkustbanan Sundsvall-Dingersjö program, which includes the expansion of 12.5 km of double track between Dingersjö and Sundsvall C to help reduce travel times on Ostkustbanan between Sundsvall and Stockholm. About the Role As a schedule planner, you work as a resource reinforcement in the client's staff organization and have an overarching role in the program's implementation. You work closely with the staff, project organizations, and program management with a focus on steering, monitoring, and developing the scheduling work. Role and Responsibilities Drive active scheduling with a focus on delivery according to agreed time, cost, and content. Take responsibility for the program's methods and tools for scheduling. Develop and maintain the quality of the program's scheduling work. Clarify, communicate, and maintain requirement specifications for the program's schedules. Establish and be responsible for the program's master schedule. Support projects' work with project schedules as needed. Monitor the master schedule and selected project schedules. Establish, develop, and update instructions and procedures for scheduling. Identify critical activities and escalate them for action. Present decision-making materials and current status to decision-makers. Provide advice and support regarding measures that limit impact on controlling times. Review suppliers' schedules against the program's requirements and quality level. Train employees within the program. Assist projects with coordination, advice, and expertise in scheduling. Contribute to knowledge transfer within the organization. Required Qualifications 1. A university degree of at least 180 credits with a technical focus or equivalent education deemed comparable. 2. Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. 3. Documented experience with scheduling and schedule development in scheduling programs such as MS Project or Primavera. 4. Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Qualifications 1. Experience working in collaboration with project managers, other schedulers, and external parties. 2. Experience with planning in larger projects with high complexity. 3. Contract experience within railways as well as experience with planning during train stops. 4. Experience independently developing, monitoring, and quality-assuring scheduling work in projects. 5. Current experience with scheduling in complex projects with multiple interfaces, partial times, and dependencies. 6. High communication skills and experience instructing and training others in the field. Assignment Information Assignment Period: Contract duration of two years with the possibility of extension 1+1+1+1 years. Scope: 75-100% of annual working time. Placement Location: Sundsvall.
