You will work closely with the project organization to structure, develop, monitor, and ensure quality of scheduling. The role suits you if you are experienced with projects containing many activities, interfaces, and dependencies, and if you can translate the project's conditions into clear and usable schedules. The work takes place in close collaboration with project managers, other planners, and external parties. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules. Monitor activities, partial schedules, dependencies, and progress. Identify deviations and time-related risks. Assure quality of schedules and planning documentation. Coordinate scheduling across different parts of the project organization. Work with projects containing multiple concurrent interfaces and dependencies. Communicate planning assumptions and consequences to project management and other stakeholders. Contribute expertise, methodology, and knowledge within scheduling. Requirements for the Role Documented experience working practically with scheduling in projects. Ability to independently conduct schedule monitoring and analysis. Availability for the assignment at 75–100%. Ability to work on-site in the Sundsvall area three days per week. Relevant experience must be clearly demonstrated in your CV. Desirable Qualifications It is particularly advantageous if you have: Experience collaborating closely with project managers, other planners, and external parties. Experience with scheduling on large, highly complex projects. Experience from railway contracts. Experience planning activities and work related to train stoppages. Experience independently developing, monitoring, and ensuring quality of scheduling work. Current experience from complex projects with many interfaces, partial schedules, and dependencies. Experience from construction contractors or large client/project organizations. Experience instructing or supporting others in scheduling. Who We Are Looking For You are analytical, structured, and self-driven with the ability to see both the details in a schedule and how they affect the project as a whole. The role requires strong collaboration skills since you will have contact points with several different functions. You must also be communicative and confident in your specialist role, able to explain time-related relationships, and clearly articulate risks, dependencies, and deviations. Workplace and Arrangement The assignment is based in the Sundsvall area and comprises approximately 75–100% of a full-time work year. Physical office presence is required three days per week. Remaining work can, based on the arrangement applicable to the assignment, be conducted in other ways. This is therefore not a fully remote assignment. Application Please submit the following: CV Brief description of your scheduling experience. Examples of larger or complex projects where you have worked with scheduling. Information about any experience from railway and train stoppages. Your availability and possible start date. Desired fee or salary level. Relevant references. Ensure your CV clearly shows projects, role, time period, and what you specifically were responsible for within scheduling. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
