TEST/QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN FOR CLIENT IN MALMÖ
We are seeking a skilled test/quality assurance technician with technical interest and curiosity for one of our client companies in Malmö. Our client operates in power distribution and supply and is looking to strengthen their testing department.

The position is production-adjacent within electrical power, where you will be a key person in ensuring that products and systems meet high standards before delivery. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:
Conducting production and delivery tests of electrical power equipment
Performing functional tests, measurements, and verification according to drawings and specifications
Participating in troubleshooting and deviation management together with production and engineering teams
Documenting test results and ensuring traceability
Contributing to improvements in test instructions, work methods, and production quality
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
Technical education in electrical power, electrical/energy, automation, or equivalent experience
Experience from production, testing, commissioning, or startup of technical systems
Good understanding of electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
Ability to work in a structured manner and follow instructions and safety requirements
Swedish fluently in speech and writing, English is an asset
We would appreciate if you have experience working with high and/or low voltage and switchgear, as well as previous work in a workshop, factory, or test facility.
As a person, you are thorough and quality-conscious, with practical hands-on skills and a solution-oriented approach. You feel comfortable in a production-adjacent environment with clear deadlines and enjoy collaborating and communicating with different functions in the organization.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as test/quality assurance technician is long-term and begins with a six-month employment through Eterni. The goal is for the position to transition to a permanent position after the six-month assignment.
