What the Role Entails
As a Tester, you are an important part of the development team and contribute to ensuring high quality in our solutions. The role encompasses both operational testing work in daily development activities and long-term quality work where you develop and improve test strategies, processes, and working methods.
You are responsible for verifying that developed functionality meets defined requirements, developing and executing test cases, and planning and coordinating the team's testing activities. Through a structured and proactive approach, you contribute to quality assurance of deliverables throughout the development process.
As a Tester, you are part of an engaged and collaboration-oriented development team with close contact to users, requirement stakeholders, and business specialists. Short decision-making paths create good conditions for influence and rapid improvements.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in software testing and a technical academic education or equivalent experience. You have a broad understanding of system development and master Swedish well, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience working within or for the Swedish Armed Forces. Experience with test automation and knowledge of programming are also considered a plus.
Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must complete and be approved for a security clearance with a background check.
