Assignment: Test Lead About the Assignment We are seeking a test lead with strong collaboration skills for a development team working on retail store backoffice solutions at our client, a company in retail. In this role, you will work with systems that support several of the processes required in daily store operations, such as assortment management and article, price, and shrinkage management. You are part of a test team but work closely with a development team consisting of developers, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Tech Lead. Responsibilities You lead and take ownership of testing efforts within your area and plan work in close dialogue with the team and other testers. Together you identify scope, plan tests, and ensure efficient test execution. Requirements Experience planning, developing, and executing test cases Strong experience with integration testing Experience testing user interfaces Experience working agile Communicative and structured approach Strong ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your area Comfortable handling periods of high pace and intensive testing Experience working in Jira Meritorious Experience with Playwright Scope and Location The assignment involves close collaboration with a development team working on retail store backoffice solutions.
