As a Test Manager you will: • Establish cooperation with KBC group clients and participate in building testing teams providing testing services to KBC group clients • Introduce new activities within the organization • Participate in creating testing strategy and testing objectives for Q-HUB activities/projects • Initiate new QA ideas and approaches and put them into practice • Lead internal projects Key competencies to help you succeed: • More than 4 years of experience in QA/Testing • Basic overview of banking products and services • Experience with test case design is a must • Knowledge of development management tools (JIRA, Confluence, …) • Advanced knowledge of development and testing methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) • Additional IT experience and knowledge are an advantage (automation tools, scripting/programming languages, IT infrastructure) 25 days of vacation - 3 days of personal time off - meal card, Cafeteria benefits system, Multisport card - soft skills and hard skills training at company premises based on development needs and roles - possibility of working from home Employer consent to employee card.
