Job Duties We are seeking employees for Home Care Services in Trollhättan. Work hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your responsibilities will include providing care work based on the client's wishes and needs according to care decisions, with quality as the focus. Qualifications You must be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. Good interpersonal skills and an interest in working with people are essential. You must be able to receive delegated tasks from healthcare personnel. You should be flexible and conscientious. You are proactive and work well both independently and in a team. You are trained as a nursing assistant and/or have work experience from care and social services. You enjoy working both alone and in a group and can both contribute to and benefit from the development work that takes place in the organization. We are looking for someone with the ability to work with your colleagues toward common goals and sub-goals. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and you have good communication skills. You are in daily contact with clients, family members, and healthcare providers. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. We also see that you understand the importance of good service and are professional in dialogue and conduct toward clients, family members, as well as colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
