WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US: - you will become our employee providing quality direct care - you will accompany our clients to government offices, schools, workplaces, or also to the cinema and for leisure activities - you will help clients with household management and handling personal and administrative matters - our clients will appreciate your assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation and serving WE REQUIRE: - education at minimum primary or secondary school level - a course for social services worker - if you don't have this course, you will have the opportunity to complete it no later than 18 months from your start date - qualities such as independence, reliability, responsibility, ability to maintain set boundaries, empathetic approach, time flexibility and willingness to work in a schedule with unevenly distributed working hours - you will need a clean criminal record, good health status, and a class B driving license (active driver) WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: - interesting and varied work that makes a difference - a team of trained colleagues in the field of social services - opportunity for further professional development - 40 hours per week employment with unevenly distributed working hours - fixed-term employment contract, 1 week extra vacation, sick days, company phone - salary range of 30,000,- Kč to 32,000,- Kč for full-time position + allowances for night work, work on rest days and holidays.
