About the Position
Adecco is now seeking engaged and responsible exam invigilators for an assignment in Linköping during weeks 43–44, from October 23 to October 30.
At Adecco, we work continuously with Linköping University and will continuously seek exam invigilators for upcoming periods. Linköping University has 5 exam periods that are typically 2-week periods in January, March, May/June, August, and October. We would therefore appreciate your interest in recurring extra work even after this assignment.
During the period, the following work shifts will be available for booking, end times may vary on the shifts:
From (07:00) 08:00-13:00
From 13:00-18:00 (19:00)
We are looking for someone who can work several of the available shifts and who thrives in a role where service, responsibility, and accuracy are in focus. As an exam invigilator, you are the university's face to the outside during exams and ensure that everything runs smoothly from admission to conclusion. Your work is on-site in the exam rooms and at Linköping University.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of exam invigilator, you will be an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring order, structure, and a professional reception.
Your duties may include:
Preparing the exam room for admission according to procedures with, for example, materials, signage, and equipment.
Receiving students, informing them of practical conditions, and creating a welcoming but clear framework for the exam.
Maintaining active presence in the room to support students and prevent cheating according to applicable procedures.
Handling incidents such as fire, illness, suspected cheating according to established procedures.
The work is conducted according to clear procedures and instructions where quality, service, and responsibility are of utmost importance.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education who thrives in a role with responsibility and service. You have good IT and system skills as well as good communication ability.
You study at a college or university (however, not at Linköping University) or have another main occupation of at least 50%, for example, work or retirement.
To be qualified for the assignment, you need to be available during the period October 23–30 and be able to work several of the available shifts.
We would appreciate if you:
Have excellent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Are service-oriented with professional conduct
Have basic IT technical understanding, for example, being able to troubleshoot simple errors
Are someone who enjoys collaborating with others
Have basic knowledge of English in speech and writing
Previous experience with service, administration, or similar tasks is meriting but not required. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
About the Employment
The position is part of our staffing operations. You will be employed by Adecco and work with our client in Linköping during the period October 23 to October 30.
