Are you a warm and empathetic person who wants to make a positive contribution to society through your work? We are now hiring additional staff members for our outbound calling department, reaching out to existing donors of nonprofit organizations. The work involves calling the organizations' donors and presenting their message. You will make a difference for about 30 fundraising organizations and serve as their representative in interactions with donors. You contribute a pleasant atmosphere to the team and approach your work with a solution-oriented mindset. You will be part of a team of colleagues who, drawing on their diverse backgrounds and expertise, work toward shared goals and help create a safe and inspiring workplace. You will receive on-site training for the role, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities. We offer a recently renovated, bright, and pleasant workplace with a fixed salary according to collective bargaining agreement plus occupational pension. Working hours are scheduled between 9 am–7 pm depending on your level of involvement, with flexible schedule options available. You can work between 12–40 hours per week with us.
