Are you a warm and empathetic person who wants to contribute to a better society through your work? We are now recruiting additional team members for our outbound call department working with existing donors of nonprofit organizations. The work involves calling the organizations' donors and presenting their message. You will make a difference for around 30 fundraising organizations and serve as their representative in interactions with donors. You contribute to a pleasant team atmosphere and approach your work with a solution-oriented mindset. You will be part of a team of colleagues who, drawing on their diverse backgrounds and expertise, strive toward shared goals and contribute to a safe and inspiring workplace. You will receive on-site training for the role, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities. We offer a newly renovated, bright, and pleasant workplace with a fixed salary according to collective agreement and occupational pension. Working hours are scheduled between 9:00–19:00 depending on your availability, with the possibility of a flexible schedule. You can work between 12–40 hours per week.
