About the Role Would you like to work in a technical and precise production environment where quality and accuracy are paramount? We are currently seeking an engaged and technically inclined production worker for our customer's department, which manufactures blades and nozzle vanes for gas turbines. The department has approximately 50 employees working various shifts. Finished castings are sourced from external casting suppliers and processed further through grinding, drilling, soldering application, blending, and inspection. In this role, you will: * Inspect components before and after processing * Work with blasting and assembly * Perform soldering on various components * Document and complete NCR forms for deviations * Work with different systems and computer programs, including SAP & Office * Ensure work is completed to high quality standards and according to given instructions The position is currently scheduled for day shift, but shift arrangements may change as needed. Your Profile We would like you to have: * Technical understanding and technical interest * Strong experience with blueprint reading * Good computer skills, preferably in Office and SAP * Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner * Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written * Valid forklift certification TPL10
