About the Position Luotea is responsible for facility operations at Södersjukhuset and manages all technical systems, with the exception of medical technology installations. As operations develop, a large number of construction and installation projects are carried out. Our project team is responsible for execution in the production phase and is now looking for a technical control and automation coordinator dedicated to project activities. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, operations, and contractors, becoming a key person in our projects. You will have significant technical responsibility and will work with integration, renovation, and adaptation of the facility's control and monitoring systems in an environment with high demands on functionality, operational reliability, and planning. The role involves serving as technical support to project managers on control and automation matters, while independently driving and quality-assuring technical solutions. This is an engineering role with a focus on project execution, system understanding, and technical requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: Participate in planning and coordination of control system work in various project phases Review documentation and ensure technical solutions from an operational and systems perspective Participate in construction meetings and technical reviews with project management Coordinate integration with existing control and monitoring systems Lead or participate in testing, functional inspections, and system commissioning Ensure systems meet requirements according to documentation, regulatory requirements, and operational needs Contribute technical expertise in selecting system solutions and building new system components Ensure that documentation, as-built drawings, and operational instructions are prepared and handed over according to project requirements Security-Classified Workplace Södersjukhuset is security-classified, which means you will undergo a security vetting process before employment. About You To thrive in this role, you are a structured and solution-oriented person with a strong technical interest and good system understanding. You are experienced in project work, making independent decisions, taking responsibility for your deliverables, and collaborating with other disciplines. You have the ability to see the big picture in technical systems and understand the importance of adapting solutions to an operation with high demands on operational reliability and continuity. To succeed in this role, you need: Post-secondary education in control and automation technology, automation, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working with building automation and control systems, preferably in a project environment Good ability to read and review technical descriptions, flow diagrams, and operation manuals Experience with testing, functional inspections, and system commissioning Good understanding of system design in complex buildings Good Swedish in speech and writing Driver's license category B Merits Experience working in a hospital or other mission-critical environment Experience with integration to supervisory control and monitoring systems (SCADA) Knowledge of energy optimization and energy data monitoring systems Experience working in a project organization Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or equivalent Experience coordinating between controls, ventilation, heating, and cooling Why You Should Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
