About the Role As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will have an independent and business-oriented role where you are responsible for developing existing and new customer relationships in the Swedish market. The role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding the customer's technical needs, and presenting solutions within circuit breakers, busbar systems, and outlet boxes. You will work closely with customers in industries such as manufacturing, construction projects, data centers, and other operations requiring safe and efficient energy distribution solutions. An important part of the role is visiting customers on-site, building long-term relationships, and providing technical advice. You will also prepare quotes, presentations, and proposals, as well as stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product development. The position involves travel within Sweden. The role focuses on western and southern Sweden, and you are offered a flexible work environment with significant autonomy. Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone with technical understanding who thrives in a role combining advisory sales with close customer dialogue. You are self-driven, business-minded, and confident in managing your own processes. At the same time, you are attentive, communicative, and skilled at building customer trust through your technical expertise and solution-oriented approach. Additionally, you have: Experience in technical sales, preferably in electrical, energy distribution, or related technical products. Good knowledge of circuit breakers, busbar systems, and similar electrical components. Understanding of drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. B-driver's license and the ability to travel regularly within Sweden. Meritorious experience: Post-secondary education in electrical, power, electrical engineering, or related field. Electrician certification. Basic experience with CAD or software for technical drawings and surveying. Other Information Start: Immediately, subject to notice period. Location: Stockholm or southern Sweden; the position involves travel. Scope: Full-time. Salary: By agreement.
