NCAB Group Sweden AB is now looking for an order coordinator for its office in Sundbyberg. You will be part of a team that supports field sales and customers throughout the entire order flow – from quotation to delivery – with elements of price negotiation and sales. The role is part of a growth initiative, with thorough training that gives you a broad understanding of the business. About the Role As a technical order coordinator, you will be a central link between customer, supplier, and NCAB Group's technical team. You monitor deliveries on an ongoing basis, ensure that orders and invoicing align with the submitted quotation, and are the customer's contact for technical questions regarding, for example, design and production documentation. In addition to order handling, you prepare quotations, select suppliers for customer projects based on NCAB Group's Preferred Supplier List, and help set price levels together with the responsible sales representative. Responsibilities • Monitor deliveries daily and ensure that order and invoicing information align with the quotation • Place orders with suppliers and communicate changes in order terms to relevant parties • Handle customer support on technical matters, such as design documentation and production files • Prepare and send quotations and establish price levels in collaboration with the Key Account Manager • Select suppliers for customer projects according to NCAB Group's Preferred Supplier List About You You are communicative, courteous, and pleasant when dealing with both customers and colleagues, and you don't hesitate to pick up the phone instead of just emailing. You are goal-oriented, quick-thinking, and a fast learner – you quickly master new systems and ways of working and enjoy a daily routine where routine and problem-solving alternate.
