About the Role At our client, you'll be a central part of the customer experience. You are the link between users, product, and technology. You play a crucial role in ensuring that customers get maximum value from the platform. You won't just answer questions; you'll troubleshoot, guide, and make an impact. The role also involves close collaboration with development and product teams, where your input helps shape future solutions.
