About the Role
As a technician with us, you will work broadly across the entire paper mill and be part of the operations management team. You contribute to developing technology, work methods, and processes with a focus on production, quality, and work environment. Your work tasks mainly consist of operational management and planning, optimization, and development.
You will be part of the operations management for the Paper Mill and report to the Line Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive technical development and improvement work in the operation
Participate in and lead projects, investigations, and root cause analyses (RCA)
Plan, conduct, and follow up on trial runs in production
Work with customer complaints and quality issues
Ensure that routines, work methods, and work environment practices are followed, together with the HR Manager and Line Manager
Contribute to achieving the operation's goals and ensure the department's resources are utilized optimally
Support other positions within the department as needed
You will work closely with colleagues, management, and production, and are involved in work environment issues and risk analyses.

Experience from the pulp or paper industry

Nordic Paper is a Scandinavian specialty paper producer that has manufactured high-quality paper since the late 1800s. About the Employment
The position is full-time, permanent with a trial period. Location: Bäckhammar. Travel to our other facilities may occur. Start date by agreement.
