Jelgavas sākumskola, an educational institution of Jelgava city municipality, is hiring a technical worker Job Duties: perform maintenance and housekeeping work for the educational institution's premises, equipment, and territory; perform minor repair work (furniture, inventory, doors, windows, fasteners, etc.); maintain the institution's premises and inventory in proper and safe condition; participate in preparing premises for events, classes, and other institution-organized activities; transport furniture, inventory, teaching materials, and other material valuables; conduct visual inspections of plumbing, electrical installations, and other facility damage and inform direct supervisor of identified issues; participate in inventory receiving, unloading, and placement. Requirements for Candidates: accuracy and high sense of responsibility in performing duties; ability to plan and organize your work; initiative and ability to make independent decisions within your competence; positive attitude and willingness to cooperate in a team; Latvian language proficiency – B level.
