Secondary/University education in winemaking (practical experience in the field is more important than formal education), PC skills (Windows, MS Office), knowledge of winery record management, Driver's License Class B - active driver, advantageous experience with cross-flow filtration, CIP sanitation, controlled fermentation, work with vintage barrels and sparkling wine production.
