Manufacturing Technologist (m/f)

Our manufacturing is unique - we pride ourselves on precision in small-batch production, where every piece passes through the hands of skilled experts. We're looking for a technologist who isn't afraid of deep regulatory knowledge and has an eye for detail on the shop floor. Your main responsibilities will be: - Converting prototypes from development into stable manufacturing processes (technology transfer). - Setting up manufacturing procedures to be efficient and in full compliance with MDR and ISO 13485 standards. - You won't just be writing paperwork - you'll be actually verifying that our developers and assembly technicians are doing exactly what they should. - You'll be the right hand of manufacturing when solving technical challenges and optimizing fixtures for specific operations. We expect from you: - Secondary or higher technical education. - Ability to read complex technical drawings, technical thinking. - A sense for detail and data organization. - Technical manuals and standards in Czech are often hard to find, so English is a must for you.
