Job Position: Property Management Technician Work Hours: 8:00 – 16:30 Work Location: Olomouc, Vídeňská 676/7 Trial Period: 3 months, start date negotiable. Job Responsibilities - Plan and organize regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections as part of routine and capital maintenance of buildings. - Communicate with tenants, suppliers, and service companies. Monitor the technical condition of properties. - Comprehensive management of property technical operations. - Oversee and perform economic, analytical, and technical management of apartments and houses. - Resolve complex property issues, prepare and implement property management projects. - Address technical failures and emergencies. Candidate Requirements - Secondary education with diploma (technical orientation) - Clean criminal record - Group B driver's license (active driver) - Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and comprehensive electronic communication - Technical and manual aptitude - Experience leading small teams and negotiating with suppliers - Also suitable for graduates with no prior experience, no age restrictions Salary and Benefits Base salary during trial period – 35,000 Kč After trial period Position change and assignment to agreed specialization. Base salary adjustment – 40,000 Kč + personal bonus Employee Benefits Basic - Monthly transportation allowance of 1,000 Kč if the employee commutes from a residence outside Olomouc. - 20% discount on accommodations in properties managed by the group - Annual one-time employer contribution of 5,000 Kč for employee work clothing (after 6 months of employment) - Annual one-time vacation allowance of 5,000 Kč (after 6 months of employment) - Company mobile phone with unlimited plan.
