YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - preparation and organization of field and greenhouse experiments - management and maintenance of field experiments - preparation of seedling material in greenhouses - work in isolation cages - preparation of seeds for long-term storage in the gene bank WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - secondary vocational education with a trade certificate / secondary education completed with a high school diploma - capability for physically demanding work - good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team - industriousness, reliability and initiative - driving license categories B and T advantageous - user-level knowledge of PC work (MS Word, Excel) - willingness and interest in gaining new experience - education and experience in the field advantageous WHAT WE OFFER EMPLOYEES? - interesting work experience in a science and research environment - friendly atmosphere and pleasant working environment in Olomouc - employee benefits (phone, 5 weeks vacation, 3 days personal leave, contribution to pension insurance and meals) - HPP, employment for a fixed term of 1 year (by agreement; possibility of subsequent extension) - appropriate salary conditions according to the institution's internal regulations Fixed-term employment (until 31. 10. 2027) with the possibility of extension.
