Requirements: - Minimum secondary education in construction, mechanical, or other technical field - Driver's license category "B" - Experience in a similar position - Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Responsibilities: - Work in AutoCAD (reading drawing documentation, minor modifications to drawing documents in dwg format) - Creating budgets, change orders, and monthly invoices (using Excel) - Negotiating with suppliers and developing business relationships - Leadership skills in managing the technical department - Participation in construction inspections, handover procedures, and complaint handling - Managing timely delivery of components and materials to construction sites - Participation in the sampling process—processing production documentation, equipment and machinery manuals (technical sheets) - Monitoring pool facility operations with potential renovation recommendations - Reliability, strong work commitment, and professional demeanor We Offer: - Diverse work on the realization of attractive pool facilities, water parks, and public pools - Work in a pleasant work environment and team, in a company with 30 years of market tradition - After training, possibility of individual bonuses based on achieved results.
