Job responsibilities include: - Ensuring property management, performing minor repairs and maintenance on houses and apartments within an assigned district - Preparing documentation for tender processes, arranging contractors for work, issuing purchase orders and tender documentation, inspecting and accepting contractor work We require: - Minimum secondary education with a technical focus diploma, preferably with construction specialization - PC proficiency - Strong communication skills, independence, and responsibility Advantage: Experience in the construction industry or with property management and maintenance.
